Toronto Blue Jays right-hander José Berríos is scheduled to undergo elbow surgery on Wednesday to repair a stress fracture, an injury that could also involve ligament damage and leave his availability for the rest of the season uncertain, Blue Jays manager John Schneider said Saturday in Detroit.
