Binance Wallet Launches Tokenized Pre-IPO Access via PancakeSwap
Binance Wallet has launched a new program offering tokenized indirect exposure to private companies before they potentially go public, though the first target company remains unannounced. The PreAccess program, hosted on PancakeSwap, was introduced on September 20, 2026, and allows eligible users to subscribe to tokens that provide economic exposure without granting direct ownership or shareholder rights. The tokens are not equity. According to Binance Wallet's official documentation, a PreAccess Token can provide contractual, synthetic, or indirect economic exposure to a private company or related asset. Holders receive no voting rights, dividends, information rights, or other standard shareholder privileges. The product is structured as a subscription event where PancakeSwap hosts the campaigns and token sales, while third-party providers arrange the underlying exposure. Binance Wallet provides the technical gateway but does not sell the tokens directly. As of September 21, 2026, the identity of the first private company targeted by the program has not been disclosed. The specific pricing, settlement terms, and campaign details for the initial offering are also pending.
