Big Brother 2026 Launches With Weekly House Themes

Published 12 September 2026

The new series of Big Brother, set to launch on Sunday, September 13, will be the longest run since ITV revived the format in 2023, lasting eight weeks. Host Will Best has clarified that the show's "new house every week" concept does not mean contestants will move to a new physical location each week. Instead, the house will feature different themes or elements weekly, with the interior design and atmosphere changing to create new dynamics. ITV released promotional images ahead of the premiere, revealing a redesigned Diary Room chair. The new chair is red and shaped like an eyeball, with a central pupil motif. This eye theme appears to be a running design element throughout the house. The house itself features a mix of vibrant and muted colors, with green sofas, burgundy cushions, and a gold dining table in the living area. The bedroom includes orange-hued beds and a dedicated vanity area, while the kitchen has a black-and-white checked floor. An outdoor garden space with a hot tub is also available to housemates. The series will be presented by AJ Odudu and Will Best, who return for the new run.
