Bevin sentenced to 60 days for child support contempt

Judge Johnson had issued a warrant for Bevin's arrest on June 5 after he failed to disclose financial documents or attend required hearings. The judge stated that Bevin had shown a "complete disregard and utter disrespect for this court." "You are not entitled to a reduction. You've not earned it. You didn't even try to turn in the remaining documents before the hearing date. You didn't turn yourself in," Johnson told Bevin during the hearing. "You have done nothing to show the court that you are willing to act in good faith." Bevin was arrested Thursday evening at a movie set in Paris, Kentucky, where he was working as an extra.
