BBNaija Housemate Nomy Disqualified for Defiance

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Miss Whitney Nomy Chukwu, has been disqualified from the Show Ya Sef house for repeatedly defying Big Brother's instructions. The disqualification was announced on Monday, September 7, 2026, after Nomy consistently refused to comply with directives related to a punishment. Big Brother cited Nomy's repeated defiance, including her decision to leave her assigned bench and vest behind in the arena after being tasked to serve as the week's "bench warmer" due to her performance in a Head of House challenge. Despite being reminded to carry the items, she allegedly refused. Following this, Big Brother announced that her privilege to participate in the reality show had been revoked, and she was given 30 minutes to gather her belongings and depart the house. This is not the first instance of Nomy facing consequences for rule violations. She had previously received a strike and a final warning during the second week of the season for similar repeated disregard of Big Brother's instructions.
