Assam disburses second phase of flood relief to 32,000 families

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday announced the second phase of interim flood relief, transferring Rs 15,000 each to nearly 32,000 families affected by the severe floods that struck the state in July.
