A high-speed police chase in Arkansas last month ended with a vehicle flipping over and ejecting a four-month-old infant onto a roadway, an incident captured in newly released footage. The pursuit occurred on May 24 after a state trooper attempted to stop Tyrice Fletcher, 28, for a traffic violation in Camden.
