Apple Lists iPhone Duo Battery at 4,883 mAh
Apple’s EU energy label lists the iPhone Duo’s battery capacity at 4,883 mAh, providing the first confirmed capacity figure for the foldable phone. The label documentation was published by Apple and surfaced in reporting on October 18 and 19, 2026. The figure is based on the label, not an independent measurement. One report said the total comprises two cells, rated at 2,962 mAh and 1,921 mAh. Another noted that Apple rarely publicly gives battery capacities for its iPhones. Because the iPhone Duo is eSIM-only, the reported capacity applies worldwide; the materials describe no physical-SIM model with a smaller battery. The 4,883 mAh capacity is slightly above the 4,800 mAh figure reported for Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold8. It is below the 5,300 mAh capacity cited for Huawei’s Pura X Max and the 5,391 mAh figure reported for the iPhone 18 Pro Max. A separate comparison said the Duo’s capacity is higher than those of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Google’s Pixel 11 Pro Fold, but supplied no capacity figures for those two phones. Apple’s EU label also gives the Duo a battery-life figure of 51 hours and 30 minutes. That number was reported with a light-use caveat and is not an independent test...
