Acer Swift Blade 14 Laptop Unveiled at 799 Grams

Published 5 September 2026

Acer has unveiled its new Swift Blade 14 laptop, a compact Windows 11 device designed for portability and everyday productivity. The company announced the ultralight notebook on September 2, highlighting its construction and processing power. Weighing just 799 grams (1.76 pounds), Acer claims it is the lightest mainstream 14-inch laptop available. The Swift Blade 14 achieves its featherweight status through a chassis constructed from a combination of magnesium-aluminum alloy and carbon fiber. This design aims to provide durability while minimizing mass. The laptop will be available in Marshmallow White and Marshmallow Blue color options. Under the hood, the Swift Blade 14 is powered by Intel's Core Series 3 processors, also known as Wildcat Lake. The processor options range from the Intel Core 3 304 up to the Intel Core 7 350. These chips are paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 onboard memory and can be configured with up to 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD storage. The laptop utilizes integrated Intel Graphics, focusing its configuration on portability and general productivity rather than demanding graphical tasks. Acer is offering the Swift Blade 14 with multiple display configurations.
