A man accused of killing his partner and fleeing with their two young children nearly two years ago has been captured in Mexico and is now in custody, authorities announced Tuesday. Camron Lee, 40, was arrested Sunday in Primo Tapia, Baja California, and was booked into a San Diego jail early Tuesday morning.
