Governor Alex Otti of Abia State inaugurated the newly constructed Umuahia Central Bus Terminal on Wednesday and announced it would be named after Professor Nnenna Oti, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) returning officer for the state during the 2023 governorship election.
