21 Stranded Tamil Nadu Residents Arrive in Delhi From Flood-Hit Nepal

Twenty-one residents of Tamil Nadu who were stranded in flood-ravaged Nepal arrived safely in New Delhi on Friday, as state officials continued efforts to locate and rescue others still missing in the disaster zone. The group landed at the national capital's airport in the afternoon, having been evacuated from Kathmandu. A ministerial team from Tamil Nadu, constituted by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, met the survivors at the airport. Ministers Aadhav Arjuna, Rajmohan, Thennarasu, and Vinoth interacted with the rescued individuals and inquired about their condition.
