An 18-year-old man has died after entering the River Wye in Wales while participating in a Duke of Edinburgh's Award expedition. His body was recovered on Tuesday evening following a major search and rescue operation. Emergency services were called to the river at Glasbury in Powys shortly after 6:30 p.m.
