A horrific crime against an infant has prompted a swift investigation and arrest in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Police have taken into custody a 12-year-old boy accused of kidnapping his nine-month-old niece from her home and sexually assaulting her before abandoning her in a nearby field.
