101-Year-Old Arrested for Cannabis Sale, Released on Bail

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has arrested and subsequently released on bail a 101-year-old woman for selling cannabis in Ogun State, citing her advanced age and need for counselling. Esther Ogunmabo was taken into custody by agency operatives on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in Ilisan, a town in Ogun State.
