How to Request Deletion

Email verilumia@proton.me with the subject Verilumia account deletion request.

Send the request from the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in where possible. Tell us whether you used Google or Apple to sign in. If you use Apple's Hide My Email feature, provide the relay email address shown for Verilumia. Do not send us your password, identity token or payment details.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account before deleting it.

Data We Delete

After verification, we delete or permanently dissociate the Verilumia account information we control, including the provider-linked user ID, stored name and email address, notification subscription record and push token. We also request deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer record where applicable.

Preferences and saved state held only on your device are removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security or request records where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These records are retained only for the applicable legal or operational period and are not used to continue your account.

Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer reasonably identify you may remain in reporting systems. Apple, Google and other providers may retain information under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

Subscriptions and Provider Accounts

Deleting your Verilumia account does not cancel an active subscription and does not delete your Google or Apple account. Cancel your subscription through the same platform used to purchase it before requesting deletion if you do not want it to renew.

• Apple: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Google Play: Manage subscriptions in Google Play.
• Web: Use the subscription management option provided through your Verilumia web account or contact support.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request, complete any necessary identity verification and normally finish the deletion within 30 days. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if a legal retention requirement applies.
